We depart from Lakeside Drive Ballina which is across the bridge from Killaloe County Clare. There is free parking available. You will find us on Google Maps or use this Eircode V94 A402.
Do I need to buy a ticket online?
We advise all customers to pre-purchase their ticket online to avoid disappointment as our cruise is very popular. There is no need to print your ticket.
Can I bring a wheelchair or pram on board?
Yes we have an access ramp. The maximum width we can accommodate is 60cm or 2 foot wide.
Can I bring my dog on board?
Yes, dogs are welcome on board.
Do you cruise if it is raining?
Yes. Our lower deck is fully enclosed with spacious seating for all passengers. We always dry the seats upstairs if there is a brief shower of rain.
