An online booking is required.
Private hire can be arranged for 1 hour.
Terms of Service
- An online booking is required, you will receive a booking id that you can display on your phone when boarding.
- It is necessary to arrive at the quay 10 minutes before departure time.
- Killaloe River Cruises cruise daily, weather permitting.
- Please present your ticket on your mobile device as you board, it is not necessary to provide a printed ticket.
- Once purchased the date for which a ticket has been purchased cannot be changed.
- Please ensure your tickets are purchased for the correct number of adults/children/seniors.
- Killaloe River Cruises reserve the right to charge the appropriate entry fee to anyone who cannot validate their ticket.
- For scheduled sailings refunds are only available if a cruise is cancelled by the provider.
- For private charter a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the deposit paid applies to all cancelled bookings.
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
- Carry on alcohol/food are not allowed on board.
- Stag and Hen parties are not catered for and will not be accommodated.
